ACSS is delighted to welcome a new Service Delivery Manager to the team, Lucy Cooper.
Lucy comes from a 5 year post at German giant Sartorius where she worked on a Biopharma/Laboratory client base. At Sartorius, Lucy was an engineer scheduler to 12 nationwide engineers (many working on 24 hour commitment contracts) and was also heavily involved in customer retention and nurturing new business. Prior to Sartorius she worked at Johnson Controls, the facilities group, at Exxon Mobile’s head office based here in Surrey.
Lucy is now the key contact for all clients so that installation and repair works are scheduled to fit in with the timetable established with a focus on utilising engineer time efficiently whilst meeting customer expectations at all times. Lucy aims to build on strong and dynamic relationships with our existing and future customers to ensure a fantastic service.
On joining, Lucy said “I am excited to be working in an organisation that offers excellence in terms of its products, both in CCTV and Telematics. It is my job to ensure that this is backed up with excellent service from our engineers. I know this can only be achieved through an effective partnership between ACSS and our customers. Being employed as the Service Delivery Manager of ACSS is a great opportunity and I am looking forward to the challenges and rewards that go with it.”
